Do I need technical skills to use OneClickClaw?

No. OneClickClaw is designed for non-technical users. A 3-step wizard handles deployment automatically. The dashboard provides point-and-click server management. No command line knowledge is required, though optional opt-in SSH access is available for advanced users who want it.

What AI models does OneClickClaw support?

OneClickClaw uses a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model. You can use any current model from OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, Kimi/Moonshot, Groq, Together AI, Hugging Face, Ollama (self-hosted), OpenRouter (100+ models via one key), or any OpenAI- or Anthropic-compatible custom provider. Customers with ChatGPT Plus can also sign in via ChatGPT OAuth without an API key. You provide your own credentials and pay your AI provider directly.

Where are OneClickClaw servers located?

All servers are hosted in Denmark (European Union) on Webdock infrastructure with AMD EPYC processors, NVMe SSD storage, and DDR4 RAM. This ensures GDPR compliance and EU data residency.

What messaging platforms are supported?

OpenClaw supports 20+ messaging platforms including Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, LINE, Viber, Signal, IRC, Matrix, Facebook Messenger, Web Chat, and more. A single instance can handle multiple channels simultaneously.

How much does OneClickClaw cost?

Three plans: Starter at €14.99/month (2 vCPU, 4GB RAM), Hobbyist at €25.99/month (4 vCPU, 8GB RAM), and Pro at €49.99/month (8 vCPU, 16GB RAM). Annual billing saves up to 33% versus monthly: €10.42, 17.42, 33.25/month equivalent, billed €124.99, €209, €399 per year. No setup fees, cancel any time with one click. All sales are final (exceptions: billing errors and extended outages). AI API costs are separate and paid directly to your provider. An optional ClawCrew premium support add-on is available from €9.99/month (annual) or €14.99/month.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

All sales are final. OneClickClaw does not offer refunds or free trials, as dedicated servers are provisioned immediately upon signup. You can cancel anytime with one click via the Stripe Billing Portal, and your service stays active until the end of your billing period. Exceptions apply for billing errors or extended outages.

Is OneClickClaw affiliated with OpenClaw?

No. OneClickClaw is an independent managed service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the OpenClaw project. OpenClaw is open-source software under the MIT license. OneClickClaw provides automated deployment and management convenience.

How long does deployment take?

Typically 3-5 minutes. After payment, a dedicated VPS is automatically provisioned, the OS is configured, OpenClaw is installed, your API keys are injected, and health checks are run. A real-time status page tracks progress.

Is my data secure on OneClickClaw?

Yes. API keys are encrypted at rest with Fernet/AES encryption. All traffic uses HTTPS. Each customer has a dedicated server (not shared). Google OAuth for authentication. GDPR compliant. No advertising cookies, no data selling. Optional Google Analytics 4 for aggregate visit statistics (IP anonymised, opt-in only). Servers hosted in Denmark EU. All plans are available with monthly or annual billing. Annual billing saves up to 33% compared to paying month-to-month. Annual plans are billed as a single payment for the full year. Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month with no long-term commitment.
