What AI models does OneClickClaw support?

OneClickClaw uses a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model. You can use any current model, including GPT-5.6 Terra / Luna / Sol (OpenAI), Claude Sonnet 5 and Fable 5 (Anthropic), and Grok 4.5 (xAI), plus Google Gemini, DeepSeek, Mistral, Kimi/Moonshot, Groq, Together AI, Hugging Face, Ollama (self-hosted), OpenRouter (100+ models via one key), or any OpenAI- or Anthropic-compatible custom provider. Customers can also sign in via OAuth with a ChatGPT subscription (Plus or higher, includes GPT-5.6 Terra and Luna) or a Grok subscription, without an API key. With BYOK you provide your own credentials and pay your AI provider directly.

Where are OneClickClaw servers located?

All servers are hosted in Denmark (European Union) on Webdock infrastructure with AMD EPYC processors, NVMe SSD storage, and DDR4 RAM. This ensures GDPR compliance and EU data residency.

What messaging platforms are supported?

OpenClaw supports 20+ messaging platforms including Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, LINE, Viber, Signal, IRC, Matrix, Facebook Messenger, Web Chat, and more. A single instance can handle multiple channels simultaneously.

The 7-day free trial runs on a Starter server with no credit card required; after converting you can upgrade to Hobbyist or Pro from the dashboard, keeping the same instance. AI API costs are separate and paid directly to your provider.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

You can try OneClickClaw first with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required, so you can evaluate the real platform before paying. Paid subscriptions are final: because each subscription immediately provisions a dedicated server with real infrastructure costs, we do not refund time already billed. You can cancel anytime with one click via the Stripe Billing Portal, and your service stays active until the end of your billing period. Billing errors and extended outages within our control are still corrected.

Is OneClickClaw affiliated with OpenClaw?

No. OneClickClaw is an independent managed service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the OpenClaw project. OpenClaw is open-source software under the MIT license. OneClickClaw provides automated deployment and management convenience.

How long does deployment take?

Typically under 10 minutes. After payment, a dedicated VPS is automatically provisioned, the OS is configured, OpenClaw is installed, your API keys are injected, and health checks are run. A real-time status page tracks progress.

Should I self-host OpenClaw or use managed hosting?

OpenClaw is free and open source under the MIT license, so self-hosting is entirely valid. Self-hosting means you own the VPS setup, Node.js, nginx, SSL certificates, firewall, monitoring, updates and ongoing maintenance. Managed hosting such as OneClickClaw is the better fit when you want OpenClaw running reliably without doing that work. If you want raw unmanaged compute at the lowest price and are comfortable administering it yourself, a plain VPS is the better fit.

Can I use my ChatGPT or Grok subscription instead of an AI API key?

Yes. A ChatGPT subscription (Plus or higher) connects over ChatGPT OAuth, including the current GPT-5.6 models (Terra and Luna), and a Grok subscription connects over Grok OAuth. No API key is needed in that case. Bringing your own API key (BYOK) from 25+ providers is equally supported, and you pay that provider directly at their own price.

Is my data secure on OneClickClaw?

Yes. API keys are encrypted at rest with Fernet/AES encryption. All traffic uses HTTPS. Each customer has a dedicated server (not shared), and conversations, keys and bot config live only on that machine where the customer is the only one who can reach them, OneClickClaw staff included. Passwordless sign-in via Google OAuth or an emailed magic link. GDPR compliant. No advertising cookies, no data selling.
