Yes, on Hobbyist and Pro plans. We can install a local LLM (Ollama) directly on your VPS so every conversation stays on your server and never reaches a third-party AI provider. Hobbyist runs Llama 3.2 3B (fast, lightweight, experimental on 8GB RAM). Pro runs Llama 3.1 8B Instruct with full tool-calling support. Both were chosen after live benchmarks on our own VPS hardware. Starter does not have enough RAM for this option. You can still use a cloud provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) at any time by adding your own API key.

Every customer gets a dedicated, isolated server. Your conversations, API keys, and bot configuration live only on your machine. We never access your data, never share it with third parties, and all connections are encrypted with SSL.

We monitor server activity for security and compliance purposes. This includes SSH session metadata, network traffic patterns, filesystem metadata, and listening ports.
